Hi all. I'm looking to bet this upcoming NHL and NBA season on Rec books based on the sharpest odds elsewhere. I had a lot of success with this for the MLB season (record & details at the bottom.)

Which book is generally the sharpest for NHL and NBA odds? I assume it is one of Pinnacle, BetCris, Circa, BetOnline/LowVig, or maybe Superbook?

And is it different between the main Moneyline, Spread, Total lines; and the ancillary ones like the alt lines, First Quarter/Half/Team Totals and their alts? I ask because Pinnacle has the full suite of alts at tight odds, up early. BOL, Cris, Circa and SuperBook offer few if any; they arrive very late; and the lines are super wide/trashy. Eg on Circa, the Jags +1 is -110 but +1.5 is -125 (that half point is worth -116)

Thanks for any help!

PS: I think Cris then Pinny are sharpest for MLB; Pinny for NFL, Soccer & Tennis; Circa for NCAAB (I think?); Cris or Circa for NCAAF (not Pinny, they seem as soft as the semi-recs like 365 & SuperBook.)

I had a ton of success betting MLB this season on just three US books & three offshores. I had a 9.0% ROI over 2,000 bets, for a profit of 190 units. No player props or game props other than team totals.

I used a mix of Cris and Pinny - Cris for main lines; Pinny for alts, 5 Innings, Team Totals, and overnight ML before Cris tightens (veto only overnight). I only bet on Bet365, SuperBook and BetRivers/UniBet/BetParx (Kambi odds) of the NJ regulated. Bovada, EveryGame, YouWager offshore, and BetOnline/LowVig for non main bets. (Stopped betting mains after suspecting BetOnline odds were sharp)
